In this role, you will act as the bridge between our medical aesthetic services and our clients, providing expert advice, tailored treatment plans, and exceptional service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional skin analysis and provide personalized treatment recommendations based on client needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our laser and light-based medical aesthetic procedures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for treatments and skincare products.
- Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene and professional presentation.
- Manage client bookings and follow-up communications to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment history.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in beauty consulting, aesthetics, or high-end retail/spa services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong understanding of skin biology and common aesthetic concerns.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
- Passion for the medical aesthetics industry and desire for continuous learning.
