- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Provide expert advice on skincare, beauty treatments, and post-treatment care
- Demonstrate and sell premium Korean beauty products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, treatments, and products
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure holistic client care
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar role in the aesthetic industry
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and Korean beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Certification in beauty therapy or related field is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
