Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional skin analysis and consultations to recommend tailored aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to maximize service efficacy and safety.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets for services and retail products.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment within the clinic premises.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings with high levels of professionalism and service excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technology, and aesthetic product innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant or Aesthetic Sales professional.
- Recognized certification in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Passionate about the beauty and aesthetic industry with a focus on results-driven care.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail or clinic environment.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for client communication.
