In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing expert skincare advice and tailored treatment recommendations to clients seeking to enhance their natural beauty.

You will play a pivotal role in driving clinic revenue by consulting with clients, understanding their skin concerns, and guiding them through our comprehensive suite of advanced aesthetic services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional skin analysis and provide customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Advise clients on high-quality aesthetic procedures, skincare regimens, and non-invasive treatments.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to build long-term client loyalty and trust.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, achieving monthly targets for clinic services and products.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality regarding medical history and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the beauty and aesthetics industry to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or Sales Consultant, preferably in an aesthetic or clinical setting.
- Possession of recognized beauty certifications (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to convert consultations into long-term loyal clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and professional integrity.
- Well-groomed appearance and a deep-seated passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.
- Proficiency in both English and a second language to cater to a diverse clientele is a plus.
