Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert skincare consultations and personalized beauty solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor junior staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive store traffic
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail, skincare consultations, or related field
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Basic supervisory experience or willingness to develop leadership skills
- Professional appearance and presentation aligned with beauty industry standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Certification in skincare or beauty therapy is a plus
