Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments/products
- Drive sales by educating clients on product benefits and promoting premium beauty services
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on appointments/treatment plans
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge through continuous training
- Support salon operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
- Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in beauty/sales or customer service role
- Certification in beauty therapy or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty industry and client-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for client management systems
