Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert, personalized skincare consultations and makeup advice to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate and apply Kanebo beauty products to ensure customers experience the texture and efficacy of our lines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive engagement.
- Maintain the boutique visual merchandising standards and cleanliness according to global brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer database through effective CRM practices and follow-up.
- Handle inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Participate in regular brand training sessions to stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education; certification in beauty therapy or makeup artistry is a strong advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty counseling, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (to support our diverse customer base).
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty products and skincare science.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
