Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field training for beauty advisors on product knowledge, application techniques, and advanced selling skills.
- Set, monitor, and analyze individual and store sales goals, providing ongoing support and motivation to consistently achieve targets.
- Develop customized training materials and programs tailored to specific brand needs and identified performance gaps.
- Collaborate with retail partners and store management to align training strategies with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mystery shopping visits, and ride-alongs, offering constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate engaging product launch trainings, workshops, and seminars for retail staff.
- Travel extensively across Singapore to provide on-site support, coaching, and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics for reporting to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Beauty Trainer, Field Coach, or similar role in the beauty/retail industry.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products and application techniques.
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Certified training qualifications (e.g., ACLP, ACTA, DACE, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to multiple retail locations across Singapore.
