- Host dynamic and engaging live stream sessions on various platforms to showcase beauty and makeup products.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations, tutorials, and tips, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Actively interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and building a strong community.
- Drive product sales and achieve set revenue targets through persuasive and informative presentations.
- Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to plan content, promotions, and strategic campaigns for live events.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic on-screen presence, representing the company's brand image effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a live stream host, online presenter, content creator, or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of makeup products, beauty routines, skincare, and current industry trends.
- Outstanding verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to captivate and engage an audience.
- Comfortable and confident in front of a camera, with a strong on-screen presence and clear articulation.
- Familiarity with various live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, Shopee Live) and audience engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating creativity and initiative.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to subtly integrate product promotion into engaging content.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
