Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and service quality assurance
- Lead, train, and motivate beauty professionals to maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build client loyalty
- Monitor salon hygiene protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement sales strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new clientele and retain existing customers

Kualifikasi
- Female candidate as specified in role requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in salon management or supervisory role
