Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other modern BI tools.
- Write complex, highly-optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple internal and external data sources into our data warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and revenue generation.
- Manage, optimize, and document data warehouse schemas, data models (Star/Snowflake), and ETL pipelines to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all data models, ETL processes, and reporting standards.
- Provide technical support, training, and best practice guidance to end-users on BI tools, data literacy, and self-service analytics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- 2-5 years of proven hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and extensive experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Power BI is a must; Tableau or Looker are highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Kimball, Inmon), ETL best practices, and dimensional modeling techniques.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation of routine tasks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Molino, Cavite location.
