We are seeking an experienced Bidding Director to lead high-value foreign-funded industrial projects. As our core strategist and representative for construction general contracting, you will oversee bid coordination, technical bid preparation, and multinational client presentations.
This role demands exceptional leadership skills and fluency in both Chinese and English, with over 10 years of experience in industrial construction. You will be joining our dynamic team serving clients in Shanghai and across Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning major bids for industrial projects, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage complex bidding processes. You will work closely with technical teams, coordinate with international partners, and represent the company in high-stakes client meetings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate the entire bidding process for high-value industrial construction projects
- Develop comprehensive bid strategies and technical proposals for multinational clients
- Manage cross-functional teams during the bidding phase, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations in both Chinese and English
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to strengthen bid positions
- Oversee budget preparation and cost estimation for bidding projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients
- Ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction with at least 5 years in bidding management
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of winning major bids for industrial projects
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of industrial construction processes and technical requirements
- Experience working with multinational clients and international projects
