Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement blended learning programs combining virtual and in-person training modalities
- Lead end-to-end employee onboarding processes with standardized digital and physical components
- Develop engaging e-learning content using authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
- Conduct training needs analysis and create curriculum aligned with business objectives
- Utilize LMS platforms to manage training delivery, tracking, and reporting
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create role-specific training materials
- Stay current with instructional design trends and emerging learning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field
- 3+ years experience in corporate training with blended learning focus
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Strong instructional design skills with portfolio of developed training materials
- Experience creating onboarding programs for hybrid work environments
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for virtual/in-person sessions
- Ability to translate complex concepts into digestible learning content
- Project management experience with ability to handle multiple priorities
