As a Block Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout designated building areas. Your daily tasks will include thorough cleaning of lobbies, hallways, staircases, and common facilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of a well-maintained living space. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
This role requires reliability and consistency, as you will be working during peak resident activity hours. You will collaborate with our property management team to address specific cleaning needs and ensure all communal areas meet our exacting standards.
We provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. The successful applicant must be prepared to wear the required uniform: black or dark blue pants with covered shoes for safety and professionalism.

- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of block common areas including lobbies, corridors, staircases, and lift lobbies
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces to maintain spotless conditions
- Empty and manage trash receptacles, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handrails, door handles, and elevator buttons
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of shared amenities including playgrounds, fitness areas, and seating zones
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas requiring repairs to the property management team
- Follow established cleaning schedules and adapt flexibly to changing priorities
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate professional work ethic
- Must wear black or dark blue pants with covered shoes (safety footwear required)
- Basic English communication skills for reporting and team coordination
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn cleaning best practices
