ByteDance is looking for a visionary BNPL Product Manager to join our Global Payments team in Singapore. As we continue to scale our globalization strategy, our payment infrastructure is the backbone of our ecosystem, enabling seamless transactions for millions of users worldwide.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) initiatives. You will work at the intersection of product innovation, risk management, and high-growth commerce, ensuring that our payment solutions are not only scalable and secure but also provide a frictionless experience for our global user base.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product roadmap for BNPL features, ensuring alignment with global expansion goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, legal, and compliance, to launch and iterate on payment products.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities within the credit and payment space.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from market research and PRD creation to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure local regulatory compliance and tailor products to specific market nuances.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-backed improvements to optimize conversion rates and user retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce, with a focus on lending or BNPL products.
- Deep understanding of the global payment ecosystem, including card networks, payment gateways, and risk management systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, technical product specifications.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, A/B testing methodologies, and product analytics tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
