- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for BNPL solutions across global markets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the BNPL space
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product features and ensure technical feasibility
- Work with design teams to create intuitive user interfaces and exceptional user experiences
- Analyze user feedback and product metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards for payment solutions
- Present product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of BNPL business models, trends, and competitive landscape
- Experience with product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate product vision
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Knowledge of payment systems, security standards, and regulatory compliance
