Tanggung Jawab
- Assist passengers in safely and efficiently boarding vehicles at the terminal.
- Monitor passenger flow and queue management to ensure a smooth process.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures during boarding.
- Provide clear instructions and information regarding vehicle assignments and destinations.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve any boarding-related issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the boarding area.
- Collaborate effectively with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely departures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
