Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess health history and specific treatment goals.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records are kept in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Recommend appropriate skincare or wellness products to clients based on their skin type and preferences.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients.
- Upsell spa packages and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field is required.
- Valid certification/license to practice massage therapy in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on high-end customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work full time, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
