Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents in compliance with BIR regulations.
- Monitor and analyze expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local equivalents) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR requirements, and payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
