Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily branch-level collection activities to ensure target achievement.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
- Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to the field collection and administrative staff.
- Analyze collection performance data and report findings to regional management.
- Ensure all collection processes are conducted in compliance with internal SOPs and external legal regulations.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify collection progress and resolve escalated accounts.
- Collaborate with local branches to optimize billing and repayment workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the finance or multi-finance industry.
- Strong understanding of collection techniques, debt restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Kalimantan region as required.
