Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve insurance product targets within assigned bank branches.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Bancassurance Life Planners to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders and branch management staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance for team members.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to management on progress and area-specific challenges.
- Collaborate with banking partners to identify new business opportunities and increase the conversion rate of potential leads.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and AIA internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, financial services, or professional sales management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of life insurance products and banking industry dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area in Jakarta Selatan.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
