Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Banjarmasin area.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a senior sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
