Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and profit margins.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to drive productivity and maintain high standards of performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Balikpapan region.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage the branch budget, inventory, and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Resolve complex operational challenges and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of the Balikpapan or broader East Kalimantan business landscape.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM and reporting software.
