Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Develop, motivate, and mentor branch team members

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the local market in Papua
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in relevant business software and reporting tools
