Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the branch team to maintain high performance and operational standards.
- Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, value-added relationships with key clients and local stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities in the Balikpapan region.
- Monitor and manage branch P&L, including budget forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management or branch operations, preferably in a fast-paced industrial or commercial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local dialects and English.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, financial planning, and operational budgeting.
- A strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify market gaps and drive sales initiatives.
- Willingness to be based in Balikpapan and travel as required by business needs.
