Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations to ensure seamless execution and optimal productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the region.
- Oversee the financial health of the branch, including budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards at the branch level.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine regional business strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a branch operations or sales-focused environment.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving ambitious sales and operational targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Balikpapan or the surrounding region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and office management tools.
