PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Branch Head to lead our operations in Balikpapan. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for an experienced professional capable of driving regional growth, optimizing branch performance, and maintaining the high operational standards synonymous with our brand. You will be responsible for translating corporate strategy into local market success, overseeing daily business activities, and ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed our commercial targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve annual sales and operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including administration, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and local business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Implement corporate policies and safety procedures to maintain high standards of compliance and ethics.
- Manage the branch P&L, ensuring budget discipline and cost-effective resource management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the industrial or heavy equipment sector.
- Strong background in sales management, P&L responsibility, and operational oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build strong professional networks.
- Ability to relocate or travel as required to fulfill operational needs in Balikpapan.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
