As our Branch Head, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of branch activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic branch business plans to achieve and exceed regional sales and profitability targets.
- Provide inspirational leadership to branch staff, ensuring a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service workflows.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and local business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities in the Balikpapan region to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports and financial analysis for senior management.
- Manage the branch P&L, ensuring cost optimization and resource efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a similar industry.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering consistent sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Balikpapan market and local industrial landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
