Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage branch inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes effectively.
- Coordinate with regional management on strategic initiatives and reporting.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and operational goals under pressure.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
