Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all daily operational activities of the branch office.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of security and administrative personnel to ensure peak performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with local clients and stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are exceeded.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal security policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement local strategies to enhance branch productivity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage branch reports, including performance metrics and resource allocation analysis.
- Handle escalated operational issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management, security operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and general management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle critical situations.
- Possession of relevant certifications in security management or business administration is an advantage.
