We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Camarin branch and drive operational excellence. As Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, inspire a team of beauty professionals, implement strategic sales initiatives, and ensure every client receives a world-class experience. Your leadership will directly impact branch growth, profitability, and reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, high service standards, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, stylists, and support staff.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profitability reports.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of branch management experience, preferably in beauty, salon, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness.
- Proficient in MS Office and branch management software.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
