Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the region
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Manage branch operations including inventory control, budgeting, and staff scheduling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and team development
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
