Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and optimize operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and community partners to enhance brand presence.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Banjarnegara to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the food, beverage, or retail industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office productivity software (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Willingness to be based in Banjarnegara and travel as required.
