Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
  • Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and optimize operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and community partners to enhance brand presence.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Banjarnegara to maintain a competitive advantage.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the food, beverage, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
