Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations to ensure profitability and sustained business growth.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to drive performance and professional development.
- Manage the branch P&L, focusing on cost optimization and efficient resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Medan region.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for HQ.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the Medan market and business landscape.
