Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
  • Drive branch sales performance, develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage the branch's fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, utilization, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Responsible for the meticulous management and safeguarding of all branch assets, including inventory, equipment, and financial resources.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present regular operational and financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the trades & services industry.
