- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
- Drive branch sales performance, develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and optimal resource allocation.
- Manage the branch's fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, utilization, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Responsible for the meticulous management and safeguarding of all branch assets, including inventory, equipment, and financial resources.
- Prepare, analyze, and present regular operational and financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the trades & services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving operational efficiency, and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and business practices in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business management software.
