Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure seamless branch performance.
- Drive sales growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective team management and customer retention strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of medical professionals, beauticians, and front-office staff.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence in alignment with Natasha Skin Clinic’s national brand protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all clinical supplies are managed efficiently to prevent shortages.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for regional management.
- Handle escalated customer feedback to ensure professional resolution and brand loyalty.
- Implement local marketing initiatives to increase branch traffic and brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management, preferably within the retail, wellness, or aesthetic clinic industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and build cohesive teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be placed in any city within the Sumatera region.
- Deep understanding of customer service excellence and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
