Agro Boga Utama is a leading player in the food distribution and supply chain industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Pontianak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective branch sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Kalimantan Barat region.
- Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, and administrative operations to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs without compromising on quality or service levels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene across all facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in the F&B, distribution, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Pontianak and Kalimantan Barat.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage full-cycle operational logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business management software (ERP).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Indonesian and English.
