Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aesthetic professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and company standards
- Manage inventory, budget, and financial performance of the branch
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the aesthetic or gym industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives
