Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the local sales and operational team to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the West Java market to expand our client base.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and recurring business.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring all processes are efficient, compliant, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional performance data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Manage the branch budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and regional profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the sales or service industry.
- Deep knowledge of the West Java business environment and local market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-driven mindset.
- Proficient in sales reporting, CRM software, and performance management tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region as required by business needs.
