PT Integra Kreasitama Solusindo is seeking a high-performing and strategic Branch Manager to lead our operations in the West Java (Jawa Barat) region. As our Branch Manager, you will be the face of our company in Bandung and surrounding areas. You will lead the sales strategy, manage day-to-day branch activities, and mentor a high-performing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Jawa Barat territory.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales and operations team.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues and optimizing service delivery.
- Prepare regular financial and performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership or branch management role.
- Proven track record of managing sales targets and regional business operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the market landscape in Jawa Barat (Bandung and surrounding areas).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
