Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain high levels of productivity and professional excellence.
- Oversee daily branch operations including sales administration, vehicle inventory management, and customer service workflows.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and automotive industry safety standards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and local clients to drive business loyalty.
- Manage the branch P&L, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing profitability across all departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Deep understanding of the automotive market dynamics in the Jakarta region.
