Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, lead, and oversee all daily branch operations to ensure high productivity and service standards.
- Develop and execute localized sales and growth strategies to expand SeaBank's footprint in the Makassar market.
- Manage and mentor branch staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations, internal bank policies, and audit requirements.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and business partners.
- Manage branch budget, resource allocation, and operational expenses effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the banking sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian banking operations, financial products, and risk management.
- Proven ability to drive branch profitability and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
