Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets consistently.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales officers and staff to maximize performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Cibinong area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Manage branch budget and financial performance, including cost control and revenue generation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) or equivalent in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an OM (Operational Manager) or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Cibinong, Jawa Barat.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
