Jakarta Derma Clinic is seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Branch Manager / Clinic Manager to lead our aesthetic clinic operations in Jakarta. As the primary driver of clinic revenue, you will combine clinical oversight with aggressive sales strategies to ensure our facility meets growth targets while maintaining exceptional patient service standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end clinic operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Actively leverage your professional network and existing database to conduct outbound calls, promotions, and client consultations.
- Drive upselling initiatives for premium dermatological services and skincare packages.
- Monitor and improve clinic conversion rates through effective sales training and performance coaching for staff.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, branch profitability, and operational efficiency to management.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient experience, satisfaction, and safety at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Clinic Manager, or Sales Manager in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Possess a strong professional network or existing client database suitable for sales lead generation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and performance metrics.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of medical and non-medical staff.
- Proficiency in managing operational workflows and administrative tasks within a clinic setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
