Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in end-to-end operational training to master branch management workflows.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Monitor branch profitability, manage operational budgets, and oversee resource allocation.
- Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to streamline service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any field (Management, Business, or Economics preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and dedication to excellence.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training and placement as required by company needs.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
