IDS Medical Systems is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager for East Java to spearhead our regional operations in Surabaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for the East Java region.
- Provide visionary leadership to the branch team, focusing on talent development, mentorship, and high-performance coaching.
- Manage the full branch P&L, ensuring cost optimization, budget compliance, and profitability.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders, procurement leads, and medical professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt regional strategies effectively.
- Ensure seamless operational efficiency across the supply chain, logistics, and customer service departments.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business forecasts for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or branch management, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of driving regional revenue growth and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and operational budgeting.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, with superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the East Java healthcare market landscape and key regional business networks.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory as required.
