SEIV Indonesia, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our JATASER operations. In this strategic role, you will be the face of our company in the Tangerang region, responsible for driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and cultivating a high-performing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure peak performance and adherence to company culture.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the JATASER area.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing inventory management, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Manage the branch P&L, focusing on cost optimization and maximizing profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance brand presence.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to regional management regarding branch performance and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales-heavy or distribution environment.
- Proven track record in managing branch operations and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Residency in or willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
