- Oversee the daily operations of the Sparks Music branch, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent stockouts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in your designated area.
- Ensure the store maintains visual merchandising standards that align with the Sparks Music brand identity.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, manage store budgets, and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and sales principles.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and coach staff.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- A genuine passion for music and musical instruments is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to be placed in one of our branches: Cibubur, Tamani, BSD, Pd. Pinang, or Pluit.
