Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Supervise and guide store assistants to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in scheduling, shift planning, and basic staff performance evaluation.
- Handle cash register operations and daily sales reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential and a strong desire to learn retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
