Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

  • Ensure full operational compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
